|Tango Classes

All regular courses have a frequency of one class per week, and a duration of 10 weeks.
Inquire about private lessons, individual lessons, other days and times.

It is not necessary to come as a couple, although it is recommended.
Discount for couples and students!!!

Free entry to milonga for the students.
Milonga on Mondays starting at 10:30 PM.

Course topics

What is each level about?
  • Beginner Level

    Fundamental and basic elements of tango: individual axis, balance, weight shifts. Embrace, communication, lead, synchronization of the walk, axis and balance in couples. Musicality in walking and basic movements of the tango language.

  • Intermediate / Advanced Level

    Refinement and technical improvement of the quality of basic movements. More advanced elements (hooks, take-offs, different executions of turns). Combinations of elements (turns with hooks, with take-offs, with boleos, with changes of direction). Greater complexity of dance structures. Mastery of space and musicality on the dance floor. Emphasis on the close embrace. The goal is to achieve greater mastery of the dance in order to utilize all its elements. To achieve a free, musical, elegant, and fluid dance. Always in connection with the partner, the music, and the social environment of the dance floor.

Regular courses are designed to monitor students' progress and facilitate their development in dance learning. But these are not the only option we offer.

    Schedule: Monday and/or Wednesday from 9:15 pm to 10:30 pm Teatreneu | Carrer de Terol, 26. Vila de Gràcia.
