The Professional Artistic Coaching program is based on the individual as a social and integral being (body, mind, emotions), therefore, this program aims to enhance self-knowledge (personal confidence and self-esteem), personal and artistic expression, the development of techniques and tools that allow the transformation and development both at a personal and professional level of the individual in the world of art.
Through this program and with the support of expert facilitators in different disciplines, the individual will work on their beliefs, barriers, automatic responses and limitations that hinder the artistic creation process, anxiety and stage fright, oral and body expression, physical blocks, spontaneity, recognition of space and stage presence; in order to develop the maximum potential and artistic quality, without neglecting the Self that inhabits.
Likewise, based on the theoretical and practical axes to be developed throughout the program, the individual will acquire the fundamental tools and guidelines to manage and lead artistic creation projects, carry out artistic accompaniment processes, manage conflicts, and design and set objectives at a personal and professional level, aligning them with the individual's Being and values.

The Professional Artistic Coaching program is aimed at individuals who are already immersed in the artistic world and/or artistic creation, and interested in acquiring theoretical and practical tools that seek to expand their professional capabilities from intuitive and playful methods that can be put into practice in different fields of action, while also wishing to have knowledge in artistic coaching that allows them to enrich their professional work.

|Methodology
It is carried out in a reciprocal process that attends to the experience, the experience and the processes of artistic creation, within a framework of new forms of reflection and support in the professional field.
This training program is structured around four pillars: theoretical, technical, practical-methodological, and personal-social. The methodology is experiential, active, and participatory.

Upon completion of the program, the graduate will be able to:

- Organize, direct and carry out support processes for theater groups, musical groups, puppetry groups, dance groups, workshops and seminars of artistic conception centered on Being.
