Through this program and with the support of expert facilitators in different disciplines, the individual will work on their beliefs, barriers, automatisms and limitations that hinder the process of artistic creation, anxiety and stage fright, oral and body expression, physical blockages, spontaneity, recognition of space and scene management; in order to develop the maximum potential and artistic quality, without leaving aside the Being that is inhabited.

Likewise, based on the theoretical-practical axes to be developed throughout the program, the individual will acquire the fundamental tools and guidelines to manage and lead artistic creation projects, carry out artistic accompaniment processes, manage conflicts and design and set objectives at the level personal and professional, aligning them with the Being and values of the individual.

The Professional Artistic Coaching program is aimed at individuals who are already immersed in the artistic world and/or artistic creation, and interested in acquiring theoretical-practical tools that seek to expand their professional capabilities through intuitive and playful methods that can be in practice in different fields of action, at the same time who wish to have knowledge in artistic coaching that allows them to enrich their professional work.

|Methodology

It is carried out in a reciprocal process that addresses the experience, the experience and the processes of artistic creation, within a framework of new forms of reflection and support in the professional field.

It is a training that is articulated around four axes: theoretical, technical, practical-methodological and personal-social training. The methodology is experiential, active and participatory.

At the end of the program, the graduated professional will be able to:

  • Act as a coach in the area of artistic education in cultural centers, training schools, colleges, as well as institutions that guide and develop artistic and cultural programs.
  • Organize artistic, educational, investigative, social and/or cultural projects in accordance with the needs of the context of work performance and institutional demands.
  • Manage and energize artistic and cultural processes and projects in the pedagogical and/or community sphere.
  • Master and understand the creative and technical and practical realization processes that allow you to structure and direct works. Provide artistic and emotional support at a professional level using coaching tools in the transformation processes and setting of personal and professional objectives.
  • Organize, direct and carry out accompaniment processes for theater groups, musicals, puppets, dances, workshops and seminars of artistic conception focused on Being.
  • Promote ethical and aesthetic values through professional practice with its own identity from a social perspective.
  • Develop your own artistic endeavor.
