I am a fisherman of illusions, scenarios and tango steps…. a passionate researcher of the world of games understood as a tool for human development. In education, theater and dance I look for that moment of magic that is hidden somewhere.

As General Director of the Trastero de las Artes, I promote different projects with Barcelona City Council and other public and private entities, among which I highlight:
The creation of training and training programs to promote spaces for interconnection and construction of new forms of interdisciplinary artistic production; generate actions that complement the cultural industry and contribute to raising the quality of teaching. The proposal includes artistic courses, workshops, laboratories and master classes.

I coordinate the artistic workshops of the Temps per tu Program, of the Barcelona City Council, aimed at young people and adults with disabilities.

Creator and Director of different shows for the Trastero de las Artes:
Deep Rose, Poetry and Tango Show for the Barcelona Poetry Festival. I recently carried out the artistic direction of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Jocs Florals 2019, organized by the CAS de Sants. I teach tango workshops in different civic centers in the city of Barcelona.

I carry out the artistic staging of the International Tango Festival of Bonifacio, Corsica (France) where I teach tango and expression classes.

Since 2003 I have collaborated with the Teatro de los Sentidos as an actor-researcher, also being a teacher in the training workshops of this Company.

I have participated in the 1st Forum Ludens Congress “Game-innovation-education”, Barcelona, 2008.

Laura Settecase

For me, culture has a relevant role in society, that is why my goal is to create projects that generate a transformation in people, and that favor social integration. Because it is my driving force in life, to make culture accessible to all people. I am a very vocational manager, with extensive specialized training in both the public and private sectors. I currently work in the management and executive production department.

Some of the relevant projects that I have created and directed are: “Mucha Mujer”, for women in the process of social inclusion, recognized by UNESCO, “project of interest”, also winner of the “Good Practices” award, from Barcelona City Council. Likewise, I have created the project “Memories in dance”, aimed at older people who are in a situation of social isolation, for the CSS Sant Marti Social Service Center, Barcelona. I manage the “Temps per a Tú” program, Barcelona City Council (aimed at young people and adults with disabilities). I participate in the creation and production of shows and have extensive professional experience as an actress, both nationally and internationally.

Since 2006 I have collaborated with the Teatro de los Sentidos Company, as an actress, in addition to having been responsible for the School's Training area. He has carried out the Design of the Study and Postgraduate Program on Poetics of Feeling, with the director Enrique Vargas, within the academic framework of the University of Girona.
