Claudio Frost

He is a Director of Leisure and Free Time Activities, certified by the Pere Tarres Foundation in Barcelona. Expert Trainer in Professional Artistic Coaching.

I am a fisherman of illusions, stages, and tango steps… a passionate researcher of the world of play, understood as a tool for human development. In education, theater, and dance, I seek that moment of magic hidden somewhere.

As General Director of Trastero de las Artes, I promote different projects with the Barcelona City Council and other public and private entities, among which I highlight:

The creation of training and development programs to foster interconnection and the construction of new forms of interdisciplinary artistic production; generating initiatives that complement the cultural industry and contribute to raising the quality of education. The proposal includes art courses, workshops, laboratories, and master classes.

I coordinate the artistic workshops of the Temps per tu Program, of the Barcelona City Council, aimed at young people and adults with disabilities.

Creator and Director of various shows for the Trastero de las Artes:

Deep Rose, Poetry and Tango performance for the Barcelona Poetry Festival. I recently served as artistic director for the 25th anniversary celebration of the Jocs Florals 2019, organized by the Sants Community Arts Center (CAS). I teach tango workshops at various community centers in Barcelona.

I am responsible for the artistic staging of the Bonifacio International Tango Festival in Corsica (France), where I teach tango and expression classes.

Since 2003 I have collaborated with the Theatre of the Senses as an actor-researcher, and I am also a teacher in the training workshops of this Company.

I participated in the 1st Forum Ludens Congress “Play-innovation-education”, Barcelona, 2008.

Laura Settecase

Founder of Trastero de las Artes (The Arts Storage Room). Educator, teacher, and actress, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Cultural manager, she holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management and International Cooperation from the University of Barcelona. Expert trainer in Professional Artistic Coaching. She has also completed specialized studies in Theatre Anthropology in Milan.

For me, culture plays a vital role in society, which is why my goal is to create projects that transform people and foster social integration. Making culture accessible to everyone is my driving force in life. I am a highly dedicated manager with extensive specialized training in both the public and private sectors. I currently work in the management and executive production department.

Some of the relevant projects I have created and directed include: “Mucha Mujer” (Many Women), for women undergoing social inclusion, recognized by UNESCO as a “Project of Interest,” which also won the “Good Practices” award from the Barcelona City Council. I also created the “Memorias en danza” (Memories in Dance) project, aimed at older adults experiencing social isolation, for the Sant Martí Social Services Center (CSS Sant Martí) in Barcelona. I manage the “Temps per a Tú” (Time for You) program for the Barcelona City Council (aimed at young people and adults with disabilities). I participate in the creation and production of shows and have extensive professional experience as an actress, both nationally and internationally.

Since 2006, I have collaborated with the Theatre of the Senses Company as an actress, and I have also been responsible for the School's Training Department. I designed the Study and Postgraduate Program in Poetics of Feeling with director Enrique Vargas, within the academic framework of the University of Girona. In addition, I lead pedagogical training workshops on "Art as Social Impact" at various universities in Spain, including the University of Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University, and the Barcelona Theatre Institute.
