Memories in Dance

The proposal is the creation of a group where, through theater, relationships, and outward expression, the breaking of the feeling of loss experienced by this group of older women, women of the third age, is facilitated.

In a space dedicated to artistic creation, through theater workshops, participants explore their life experiences through dramatic construction, drawing on their own life stories, anxieties, needs, and possibilities. The result is a greater connection to the world and a reduction of negative feelings such as low self-esteem, lack of recognition, loneliness, and depression. This is how the artistic creation "Memories in Dance" was born.
