Memories in Dance

The proposal is the creation of a group where, through theater, relationships and outward expression, the break with the feeling of loss experienced by this group of older women, women of the third age, is facilitated.

In a space of artistic creation, through theater workshops, recognition of their life experience with dramatic construction through their own life stories, troubles, needs and possibilities. The result is proximity to the world and the reduction of negative feelings: such as lack of self-esteem, recognition, loneliness and depression. This is how the artistic creation "Memories in dance" is born
